Barbara A. McLean, a seasoned artist and a dedicated resident of Centre Hastings, currently calls the picturesque town of Madoc, Ontario, her home. Born and raised in the vibrant west end of Toronto, in the Etobicoke area, her artistic journey has taken her on a path of exploration and creation that spans across diverse landscapes.

Barbara’s artistic endeavors predominantly focus on abstract expressions through the use of acrylics, watercolors, mixed media, and the captivating world of flow art. Her artistic journey has been a long and rewarding one, marked by participation in juried exhibitions, where her work has been warmly embraced. She has also shared her knowledge and passion by conducting workshops.

As a dedicated member of both the Belleville Art Association and the Sterling Group of 11 Art Club, Barbara has been able to foster artistic growth and connect with fellow artists who share her passion. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of studying under the guidance of renowned artists, an experience that has enriched her understanding and expertise in the world of art.
